Aircall Automates Carrier Processes with Outbox AG’s vTNB and oCS

Aircall Relys on Outbox AG’s Carrier Platform for the German Market

As an internationally growing AI-powered customer communications platform, Aircall relies on high-performance and reliable carrier processes. With Outbox AG’s Virtual Subscriber Network Operation (vTNB), the company can operate its services in the German market under its own porting identifier without having to build its own complex carrier infrastructure.

To handle core carrier and phone number processes, Aircall supplements the Virtual Subscriber Network Operation with the outbox Carrier Services (oCS) platform. It consolidates functions related to number management, porting, into a centralized environment, enabling their efficient and largely automated management.

The technical connection is established via SIP and enables the handling of incoming and outgoing voice traffic. Standardized interfaces also ensure that the necessary carrier processes can be seamlessly integrated into Aircall’s existing system landscape.

Central Platform for Carrier and Phone Number Management

With outbox Carrier Services (oCS), recurring tasks can be digitally mapped and efficiently managed. The platform combines web-based user interfaces with API-driven workflows and supports end-to-end digital processing of the relevant processes.

For Aircall, this means less manual effort, clearly structured processes, and high scalability when implementing carrier requirements in the German market.

“We are very pleased about the collaboration with Aircall and look forward to continuing to grow together. For us, Aircall is an internationally significant and technologically sophisticated partner. The fact that our solutions and processes are well-received is a great validation. Even more important to us, however, is the prospect of further developing this partnership over the long term and jointly tapping into new opportunities,” says Thomas Weiß, Head of Sales at Outbox AG.

A Partnership with Potential

The solution demonstrates how traditional carrier services can be efficiently combined with modern, software-driven processes. By combining vTNB and oCS, Aircall gains a powerful foundation for operating its services in Germany and can efficiently integrate key carrier and phone number processes into its own system landscape.

For Outbox AG, the partnership also underscores the capabilities of its carrier platform: International communications providers can use it to scale their activities in the German telecommunications market and efficiently map key carrier processes.
